How do you move a single candidate to a new phase?

Learn how to move a candidate to a new phase.

It’s very simple to move a single candidate to a new phase. In fact, there are two different ways!  If you prefer to move several candidates at the same time, click here to read about how to do that.

The first method:

• Click on the vacancy for which you want to move a candidate to a different phase. 
• Click on the candidate you want to move. Keep the mouse button down.
• Drag them to the new phase.
• A notification will pop up on the bottom left telling you the candidate has been moved successfully. 
  
  

Second method:

• Click on the candidate that you want to move. 
  
  
• Click on the orange button at the top of the page. Choose the phase that you want to move the candidate to. 
  
  
• Click on ‘Move’.
