What exactly does average lead time mean?
The lead time for a vacancy is the length of time it takes for the entire application process until a candidate is hired. The average lead time is accordingly the average of this time taken over all the vacancies.
The time starts on the date that the vacancy was created and continues until the date the vacancy was filled.
In your analytics, you can see the overall lead time for your vacancies and the lead time per phase.
Pay attention! Jobtoolz only knows that a candidate has been hired if they are transferred to a phase that you have activated as the ‘onboarding phase’. Read this help article for a refresher on how to activate an onboarding phase.
