How many candidates are in each phase of my hiring pipeline?

This article explains the graphs tracking the number of candidates in each phase.

In the ‘Analytics’ module, go to the ‘Insights Hiring pipeline’ tab to see the graph for ‘Number of applicants per phase’. This graph shows the number of candidates in each phase of your hiring pipeline. You can also see how many candidates are active or have been rejected.

To see this graph, you first need to specify the vacancy you are interested in before the image will appear. Use the ‘Select vacancy’ dropdown to do that. If you have a long list of vacancies, start typing the name of the vacancy into the search box and Jobtoolz will reduce the list for you.

You can download the graph as an SVG, PNG or CSV file and paste it directly into your own reports. To do this, click on the grey cloud next to the graph.
