Learn about how to add a phase to a vacancy or change a phase.
In the app, the following phases are included by default in the hiring pipeline: New, Interview, Assessment, Salary negotiation and Employed. You can of course add phases or change the phases.
- Go to the ‘Jobs’ tab to see an overview of all your vacancies.
- Click on the pencil icon for the vacancy where you want to add a phase.
- Go to Step 3. You’ll see an overview of your current phases.
- Below the phase Employed, you will see a button ‘Add a phase’. Click on this and the following window pops up:
- Enter a name for the phase and click Save. The phase will now automatically appear as the final phase.
You can now simply drag the phase to where you want it by clicking on the three bars on the right and holding the mouse button down. Drop the phase where you want it.
