How can I assess a candidate?

Learn how you can use the app to assess a candidate.

You can use the Jobtoolz app to assess a candidate during their interview. During the interview, you can keep track of the questions and fill in the candidate’s answers, and you can assess the candidate directly for various competences. To assess a candidate: 

  •  Before the interview starts, go to the candidate that you are going to interview. 

  • Now click on ‘Start score’
  • You will see the following window: 

  • At this stage, no competence templates are linked yet. To add a template, click on "change competence template". The screen below will appear:
  • Choose the correct template under competence templates to be linked to your vacancy. (If you don't remember how to save competences, click here.) At the bottom right, you can look for the vacancy that you want to link.

 

  • Once linked, you can return to the candidate profile. Once again, click on 'start score'. The screen below appears with the linked competences attached. You can now slide the glider to assess the candidate. 


By the way: once you’ve associated a list of competences with a candidate, the same list will be automatically used for all the other candidates linked to this vacancy.
