Setting Up Rejection Reasons

Rejection reasons help keep your rejection process clear and organized. You can manage existing reasons or easily create new ones. 

📍 Where can you find the rejection reasons?
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click on Rejection Reasons.
  3. Here, you will find an overview of all existing rejection reasons.

✏️ Managing existing rejection reasons

Within this setting, you can:

  • ✏️ Edit reasons when a description needs to be updated.
  • 🗑️ Delete reasons that are no longer needed.

➕ Adding a new rejection reason

Want to create a new rejection reason? Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Rejection Reasons.
  2. Click the “Add New Reason” button.
  3. Enter the desired rejection reason.
  4. 💾 Click Save.

🎉 Done! Your new rejection reason has now been added and is immediately available for use.
