Setting Up Rejection Reasons
Rejection reasons help keep your rejection process clear and organized. You can manage existing reasons or easily create new ones.
📍 Where can you find the rejection reasons?
- Go to Settings.
- Click on Rejection Reasons.
- Here, you will find an overview of all existing rejection reasons.
✏️ Managing existing rejection reasons
Within this setting, you can:
- ✏️ Edit reasons when a description needs to be updated.
- 🗑️ Delete reasons that are no longer needed.

Want to create a new rejection reason? Follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Rejection Reasons.
- Click the “Add New Reason” button.
- Enter the desired rejection reason.
- 💾 Click Save.

🎉 Done! Your new rejection reason has now been added and is immediately available for use.
