How do I create a filter template in Jobtoolz?
In this help article, we show you step by step how to create a filter template 📄
Anyone who regularly uses filters in Jobtoolz knows that this can sometimes take quite a bit of time. It would therefore be useful to be able to create a template.
Good news: from now on, you can! 🎉
In this article, we explain step by step how to create a filter template.
You can use filters in every module within Jobtoolz, which also means you can create a filter template in each module.
We’ll use the Jobs module as an example:
Step 1Go to the Jobs module and click ‘Add filter’

Step 2
Select the filters you want to apply.
For example: you want to see results from the year 2026, for both published and unpublished job postings. Add these filters in the window. Of course, you can decide which filters best fit your search.
Step 3
Click ‘Apply filter’.

You will now see the results based on the selected filters 📊.
Step 4
This is the best part 🎉 If you want to reuse this filter later, you can save it as a filter template. Click ‘Save filter’, give your template a name (for example “template 2026”), and press Enter.
