How can you view the analytics for each vacancy?

Learn how to view all the stats for each vacancy.

• Go to the vacancy for which you want to view the analytics
• Next to the vacancy title, you’ll see this icon: 

When you click on it, you’ll see a page like this:

General information about this vacancy is displayed along the top. For example, how many candidates have applied and how many days the vacancy has already been active.

Under 'Insights Recruitment Process' you will see the following:

1. Ratios

Here you can see the percentage comparison between the different parts. 

For instance, at the top you can see that an interview is planned with 7 out of 88 candidates, so for 7% of the candidates an interview is planned. At the moment, 3 recruitments have been made, so the ratio is 42%.

2. Phases

Here, under "select job", you may indicate the job for which you are viewing the statistics. Here you can see how many candidates are active in a certain phase and which ones have passed this stage.
