Learn how to create your own email templates to communicate with interim and selection offices here.
To communicate with your offices even more efficiently, you can use your own e-mail templates, in which you can insert some variables.
You can find and add these templates with the following steps:
- Go to "Settings" > "Email templates"
- Go to the section "Templates for interim offices".
- You can choose to modify 1 of the existing templates (click on the pencil) or create a new template by clicking on "Add new template".
- Type out the mail you want to set as a template. Remember to use variables. You can insert these by clicking on the icon in light blue. By using them, these fields are automatically filled in by Jobtoolz. With variables, you don't have to write the title of your job every time.
- Click on 'Save'.
Do you have interim offices where you also communicate in another language? Then be sure to also fill in the template for the other languages by using the tabs.
