Do you sometimes set up your own campaigns via job boards that cannot be found in our system? Keep track of them here with your own tracking url.
- Go to Vacancies
- Choose the vacancy you want to share and click on share in the top right corner.
- You will then arrive on the following screen. All possible campaigns are displayed here.
- If you scroll down you can select "generate your own tracking url" :
- Choose "Generate tracking url".
Here you can either pick linking with an existing job channel or to create and link a new job channel. - Want to add a new job channel?
- Give a title to the job channel
- Choose the type of the job channel
- Finally, choose the url type.
- Job details : through this URL the candidate will first see the overview page, where all the details about the vacancy are.
- Application form : through this URL the candidate will immediately be sent tot the application form so they can apply for the job.
- Click on "Save"
Your own job channel was created successfully. The next step is to effectively share the job channel. - Click on your new job channel
- From here you can copy the link and paste it in the vacancy online.
Specifically in the example you would go to the University of Oxford site and paste the link into the job posting so that when candidates click on the link you can track how many people have applied via the University of Oxford site. - Click on : "I already shared this".
To confirm, a green check mark will now appear in your job channel.
From now on you can track how many candidates have applied via your new job channel 👍
Note! This functionality is purely to track campaigns that you set up yourself. Jobtoolz does not publish anything on the chosen job channels that you add.
