      Checklist: settings

      Here we explain which settings you can prepare to get started with Jobtoolz smoothly.

      Just started using Jobtoolz and busy getting everything up and ready? Below we list the most important settings you can already set up: 

      1. Add the necessary colleagues with the right role in Jobtoolz (e.g. with the recruiter role)
      2. Define the necessary tags (via settings > tags)
      3. Add rejection reasons (settings > reasons to not retain)
      4. Vacancy creation and closing reasons ( settings > vacancy reasons)
      5. Add or modify email and interview templates (settings > interview and email templates)
      6. Add the locations (settings > locations)
      7. Add the filters for the jobs (settings > filter groups)
